An important note - written by a living soul not AI.

I feel it is an important point for me to state. This is written by a living soul not AI.
I see the AI 'help' bots everywhere. I hear almost everyone talking about what questions they have asked Chat GPT. I witness a very unnerving feeling in my body.
Why? Because we are in a time of great remembering, not great forgetting. Yes, it may make your life easier, helping you work things out at record speed and coming up with ideas beyond the boundaries of your own intelligence right now. But at what cost? We've seen over the last 50 years how much technology has helped us with communication and to create the unimaginable. But we've also seen its destruction to real human interaction, concentration and presence. Our children do not know life without a device attached to the hand or wrist. Our children are exposed to things they should never, ever see. I could keep going...
And what about our neural pathways? We are already de-skilled in many areas - that are essential to life itself. Growing food, calculation in our heads, reading maps (I very rarely use a sat nav, I have a physical map and my laptop to write out the route before I set off), meal preparation, the list goes on. Just ask your nanna and grandad (if over 70) what they can do - I bet they
can repair clothes, grow food, bake, maintain most things in their home.
There is such a beauty in how we create naturally, we make mistakes, we learn, we ask for help. Yes it might be slower but it is real and beautiful. It's all about the reality of the task in hand, if you're not cracking some quantum formula, then do you really need to ask Chat GTP? I pray that we remember before we forget and lose ourselves in something we don't understand.

Whilst using technologies to make life easier, we must be mindful about what we are giving away. If we are giving away any of the skills we need should the power go off, or the internet go down, then we need to sink a little deeper and ask ourselves how much of our human skill, and therefore our innate freedom, do we want to hand over to the corporation? Because the less we can do ourselves, the less freedom we have.
Oh and how about this for a shocker.... I have been informed by someone who works on infrastructure projects around the world that there are hundreds of reservoirs being built, and they are not for humans to use. They are to cool AI - more water than you can imagine needs to be used to keep these massive, super computers cool. Now if that isn't completely insane then I don't know what is.
I have been a marketing professional and copywriter since 1999. I understand the objectives of brands - whether business, government, legal, whatever. Those objectives are never about REALLY improving conditions for humans, and they are definitely not based on unconditional love. So how can we really, at our core, feel safe asking a Artificial (artificial means not real) Intelligence as a guide in our life?
It's not the technology as such that I have the issue with, it's those who created it and their intention. No matter what 'good' it is bringing, I cannot help but feel repelled by it. This is a planet of free will, and I love and respect each soul's own journey through this crazy experience we can life on Earth. But for me, when I listen to my body, it says 'NO' to AI.
And why is this relevant here? Because I would like to make my position clear, that none of my words, recipes, consciousness will ever be created in AI.
It is written by a living being, from the heart for other living beings with hearts. Not generated by a machine whose intentions I do not know.
Peace and love x
PS - My website is created in Wix by me, however I do not use the AI functionality that is available. My brand was created by me and my old friend Alex Darke.
